Cara was certified as a Co-Active Professional coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute in 2009 and has been coaching ever since.
Cara is an experienced executive, consultant, entrepreneur and writer. Her eclectic experience and warm nature have drawn people to her throughout her life.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Cara held leadership roles in Human Resources for Charles Schwab for 10 years as a Project Manager.
Cara’s clients speak of being uplifted, energized and inspired - they take action to achieve their goals and develop new skills from working with Cara. They experience an increase in their emotional intelligence, the ability to hone and execute their vision, and often move through “stuckness”, fear and shame with Cara’s compassionate and non-judgmental guidance to support them at every step of their journey.
